High efficiency dual core energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) coupled with cold climate air source heat pumps were used for ventilation, while high efficiency infrared heaters were used for the building heat. This was a perfect example of modernizing assets for the future.
Dream’s revitalization of an existing site pushed the boundaries of sustainability. The newly renovated industrial building is LEED Silver Certified and features a Zero Carbon Hybrid HVAC system.
