The mechanical design featured a heat pump system with a high efficiency central plant equipped with high efficiency boilers, ERV units for fresh air ventilation and individual heat pump units for each Office Area providing maximum flexibility and temperature control.
This three-storey office building was constructed to service the Children's Aid Society's operations.
