The building features high efficiency dual core energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) and air rotation units, both coupled with cold climate air source heat pumps for the warehouse portion. The office portion features a water source VRF system tied to a geothermal loop. This development showcases the height of decarbonization technology applied to the modern built environment.
