The mechanical design included complete exhaust and air make-up systems for two full-size commercial kitchens, and exacting temperature control for the high end public dining and banquet facilities. The mechanical systems were integrated seamlessly into the restaurant décor.
Hy's Restaurant was constructed on the Ground Floor of a 1970's Office Building located at 365 Bay Street.
