The buildng underwent extensive renovations. The mechanical design included all new plumbing and HVAC systems throughout the building conforming to current Building Code Standards, which were implemented while retaining the historical nature of the building.
This is an historic Toronto Century Mansion, that was converted to a Corporate Office for a Financial Broker.
